• Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Manager of Communication Training (English). As the Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing communication training programs.
•Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Develop and design comprehensive communication training programs tailored to the needs of different employee levels and departments. These programs should encompass various aspects of communication, including written and verbal skills, presentation techniques, active listening, and non-verbal communication.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement assessment metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication training and standards and monitoring them. Analyze feedback and results to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to the training curriculum
