Key Functional Role – Student Coordination, Reports Management, Team coordination, Event Coordination, Inventory Management, Service Coordination, Pre sales, Lead support Job Description 1. Student & Parents Query management 2. Exam Management (Internal & External paper collection, consolidation, supervision, inputting marks) 3. Faculty Resources (Maintaining attendance sheet, chalk, duster, availability of books) 4. Classroom management (Availability of the classrooms, cleanliness in the classroom, projector, laptop if required) 5. Documentation (Maintaining all the documents that is available in the office and maintaining it digitally also) 6. Inventory Management (Keeping track of the Finplan books, laptop, mobile, and electronic items that are there at the respective center) 7. Maintaining all the reports (Student master data, academic calendar, lecture progress report, batch progress report, blacklist report, updating weekly test marks) 8. Conducting weekly tests which include supervision of the class 9. Conducting/ managing parents Teacher meetingsfor all academic batches. 10. Conduct weekly review meetings with each batch to identify gaps and implement appropriate resolutions. 11. Ensuring a timely notification to the students about all academic activities. 12. Assisting the team with cultural activities at college to motivate students to participatein various activities. 13. Efficient follow-up with customers/business for lead engagement and meeting follow up 14. Developing Quality engagements & building constructive relationships with prospective customers/businesses. 15. Telephony engagements/calls, managing, tracking and timely follow-up on leads in the software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
