As a Driver Payroll Administrator you would be required to prepare, review, process, document and distribute accurate payroll for Canada and US based Drivers.

Job Responsibilities ________________________________________________________________ _____________
Primary Objectives

Responsible for gathering time records from Drivers and calculating hours worked
Process and Audit Drivers Pay
Meet weekly Payroll deadlines
Record hours worked, wage amounts and other data about each Driver into a computerized payroll accounting system each week
Verify drivers hours, miles and freight weight
Making all appropriate tax filings in accordance with government, local and state laws, and regulations
Create new data files for new Drivers and submit hiring paperwork into the system to set up a payroll account
Enter new information and changes into the payroll system about driver taxes, exemptions, transfers, terminations, and resignations as required
Respond to and resolve any errors in payroll by reviewing past records and making any wage corrections or adjustments when necessary
Swiftly answers Driver questions about payroll, leave amounts, tax forms and other related compensation issues when asked
