Responsibilities:
Should be able to lead 2+ software engineers.
Should be able to design & implement software solutions for medical devices in health
care domain.
Facilitate architecture/design reviews and code reviews, bug/defect triage, and support
well informed decisions towards business and Platform Engineering goals.
Attend and actively participate in all Agile events as defined by the Platform
Development Agile process.
Ability to implement key architectural/design patterns.
Strong focus on the success of the team - assist others in the achievement of team
goals.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and product quality by recommending
solutions.
Knowledge and Experience
Should have 8+ years programming experience in Visual Studio, C#, .Net, WPF, SQL.
Should have recent software development experience in .Net.
Should have experience in object-oriented programming, various design patterns and
code reusability and writing reusable libraries.
Should have experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong understanding of writing software for medical devices, X ray imaging, image
acquisition and image file formats.
Strong understanding of SDK integration.
Experience in Image processing and libraries like EmguCV/OpenCV is highly preferable.
Experience developing software from scratch is highly preferable.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
