Requirements:
• 1-2 years of working experience in B2B Digital Marketing.
• Fluency in English and above-average writing skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree: Preferably in Marketing or Information Technology/ Computer science.
• Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO, site audit, backlinking, and content distribution.
• Hands-on experience of G-suite.
• Experience working on social media channels with design tools like Canva and Figma, along with video editing softwares like Invideo and Inshot.
• Familiar with email marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out the end-to-end email outreach process: creating the email list based on requirements, drafting and sending emails, setting up automated campaigns on email marketing tools, and tracking progress.
• Handle social media posts (Content + design) on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram: Research trends and formulate new ideas, come up with enterprise yet fun captions for all 4 social media platforms, schedule and publish content daily, track engagement and traffic day in and day out.
• Own the backlink generation engine from end-to-end- building relationships with peers in the same industry, reaching out, getting quality backlinks through multiple organic + paid mediums, monitoring the DR, and more.

You’re good at:
• Thinking out of the box
• Communicating your ideas and opinions clearly to the team
• Taking responsibility and charge when needed

Extra awesome if you:
• Are familiar with Ahrefs.
• Have first-hand experience with creating content on LinkedIn.
• Have worked on backlink generation before
• Have good content distribution skills
• Have basic knowledge of Google Scripts
• Have used email automation tools like Mailjet, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Mailmodo, etc.
• Have an eye for design.
