• Have experience in scheduling, monitoring, and administrating Control-M in a large corporate environment.
• Implement complex scheduling requirements and setting up Control-M calendars.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
• Implement changes/tasks and incidents in the support queue and driving problems to resolution within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis of problems encountered.
• Co-ordinate with the support groups to resolve issues.
• Willing to work in 24*7 shift, Team Player, Good communication skills.
• On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
