Your Role and Responsibilities
As DB2 Database Administrator, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Responsibilities:
Day to day Database administration and Production Support.
Install and implement DB2 LUW, DB2 tools, Patches as required.
Manage incidents at Customer account.
DB2 database Administration/Support
Perform Storage Space management
Database Security Administration
Maintain Configuration details
Execute configuration changes to DB2 9. Review and maintain system configuration documentation
Troubleshooting of DB2 related problems
Proactive system monitoring and support
Level 2 and Level 3 Ticket resolution
