You would be responsible for

monitoring and optimizing MySQL database performance and capacity planning

troubleshooting database & server issues, maintaining database systems availability and scalability

demonstrate experience with MySQL database design, implementation, performance tuning, capacity planning, and managing large scale database

performing tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity

Skills we require

proven working experience as a database administrator

hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications

excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

familiarity with database design, documentation and coding

problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
