Customer Support Representative

A customer support executive is responsible for providing customer service and support to clients of a company. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The job description may include the following responsibilities:

· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner.

· Providing product and service information to customers.

· Resolving customer complaints and issues.

· Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

· Providing feedback to management regarding customer concerns or trends.

· Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.

· To be successful in this role, a customer support executive should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to multitask, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications and Details

· Should be able to communicate English and any 2 regional Languages fluently

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Salary – 15000 to 20000 (excluding PF benefits)

· Timings – Rotational Shift and Rotational Week off

· Location – Horamavu
