Looking for a customer support executive to manage inbound customer calls and enquiries for moving services along with coordination with multiple crews via email, text messages and calls for USA moving and delivery business.
Experience:
Freshers
Shift timings: US Shift: 8pm to 5am (Should be flexible with timings)
Work Culture: 6 days a week and Sunday fixed off
Location: Candolim

Excellent Communication SkillsImmediate JoineeEdu - Graduation/HSCBasic knowledge of US geographyUnderstanding of US accentShould be well versed in MS Office

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Panjim, North Goa - 403001, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
