Purple Style Labs endeavors to build the biggest Luxury Fashion House in India comprising two multi-designer platforms- Pernia's Pop-Up Shop and The Stylist. Bringing together truly exceptional houses, with an online and offline presence.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. Inbound call center experience is required.
2. Emails and chats process experience can be considered.
3. Excellent communication, written English, Interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving skills.
4. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize better customer experience.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts.
6. Looking for immediate joiners
7. He/she should be good at Email Chat.
8. Strategic Plan, Execute, & assess the performance of individual CRM program Strategy within the internal team.
REQUIREMENR & SKILLS-
1. Candidate preferred from a Fashion Background.
2. 1-5yrs of experience in customer support is preferred.
3. A team oriented and targets driven.
