Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with customers
• Timely follow-up from customer
• Provide customer support & resolve their query.
• Coordinate with client & internal team.
• Arrange meetings for demonstration for services & give it to concerned departments.
• To do follow-ups of customers via email or call.
• Maintain all the records with their call and email status in excel sheets.
Requirement:
• Good communication skills
• Mature and Polite behavior with customers.
• Good in customer interaction.
• Able to handle healthy relations with the customer.
