Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for both : Freshers and Experienced with Exceptional communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling customer calls, emails, chat and queries on social media platforms.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off. (Day shift/Night shift)
Candidates with experience of International BPO voice process would be Preferable.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
Role: Non-Tech Support – Blended (Voice, Emails, Chat)
Working days: 6 days a week
Job Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi
Note: Work from Office only
