Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email or chat platforms.
Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and complete information regarding products, services, or company policies.
Follow predefined guidelines and standard operating procedures for email/chat interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
Familiarity with email and chat platforms and experience in handling customer inquiries through these channels.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
