Customer Service Representative - Executive Position

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and qualified candidate as a Customer Support Representative to work in the Ahmedabad office (Head Office in India) of Gandhi International Shipping, Inc. - ON SITE as per the USA Day Timing (NIGHT SHIFT AS PER INDIAN TIME ZONE).
This JOB POST is strictly for an EXECUTIVE POSITION ONLY. NOT A MANAGEMENT POSITION.
As a Customer Support Representative, the duties and responsibilities include,
1. Analyze, create and manage shipment transportation and customs clearance plans
2. To evaluate each step of the orders, shipment and claim process.
3. Register and maintain shipment data like departure and arrival of freight, variety of charges, damages and Claims.
4. Maintain efficient transportation tracking status for clients as well as the company.
5. Examine the Customs Clearance and transportation chain process accurately.

1. Maintain cordial relationships with vendors, retailers, and customers.
