Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers all the times
Responding promptly to the customer's inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer’s complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer the questions
Keeping records of the customer interactions, translations, comments, and complaints
Communication and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Product knowledge, multi-tasking
Analyzing information
Excellent verbal and written communication
Managing processes
Customer focus along with Excellent comprehension and composition skills
General consulting skills, Self-driven, motivated and task-driven individual
Perks and Benefits
Fixed Range – 15000 to 25000 pm
Overtime Allowance as per business requirement
5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirements)
Rotational 9 hours shifts
