Should perform assigned tasks and complete targets with speed & accuracy. Ability to work well with team members. Good at Customer interaction and listening skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Should flexible enough to work for night shift for 9:30 hours. Job is for 5 days working (Monday to Friday). Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings. Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Taking and processing orders accurately. Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances
