Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live
chat.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development
teams.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and
accuracy set by the team.
Requirements:
6 days working.
Salary – up to 25k CTC.
Excellent communication.
Undergraduate can apply.
Rotational Shifts. (9 Hours)
Immediate joiner.
Location – Indore
Face to face interviews.
Interview Mode: - HR > OPS
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
