Position Title: Customer Support Executive
Reports to: Team Leader Function: Operation
Campaign: International Process
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live chat.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team
Requirements:
5.5 days working.
Salary – 20k to 27k CTC.
Excellent communication.
Undergraduate can apply.
Rotational Shifts (9 Hours)
Immediate Joiners.
Blended Process(Chat and Voice Process)
Location – Jaipur.
Interview Round: - HR > OPS >Versant
Interview Mode: - Face to Face (Having Telephonic for Outstation Candidates.)
