Job description Customer Service Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Requirements and skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Soft Spoken A bachelor’s degree requires A minimum of 0-1 years experience. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Fluency in English is a requirement.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
