Should be soft-spoken and pleasant
Receive calls from clients and pass them on to concerned staff

Desired Candidate Profile

Good verbal communication (English preferred)
Knowledge of MS OFFICE
Team player
Minimum 2 years tele calling experience is required.
Only Delhi-based candidates can apply.
