Curriculum Developer

Ideal Candidate should have an interest in education and research. You should be able to come up with innovative ideas for lesson plan that will create an engaging classroom environment, and help develop the skills of the learners.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and collaborate with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resourcesEstablish feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculumCreate stimulating lesson plans and recommend interesting additional resourcesDevelop a range of digital resources to optimize classroom learning and ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settingsCreate supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packsCollect feedback from students, teachers, and clientsMonitor student progress and making relevant changes to curriculumCollaborate with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resourcesSet up formal and informal assessments to gauge the effectiveness of the curriculum

Requirements:

Great command of the English languageWell-versed with MS Office and Google SuiteWillingness to unlearn and learn new thinking skills with strong analytical abilitiesAdaptable to non-conventional methods of teachingOpen to feedback and acceptance of constructive criticismComfortable with technology and dealing with digital contentAvailable to work on weekendsAvailable to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
