Responsibilities:
• Automation across products
• Digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs, new customer preferences
• Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customer-s needs.
• Monitoring performance of Solutions
• Better TAT
• Process Management
• Ensure uniform process
• Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings,optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
• Random Process Audits
• Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.
• Increase Productivity through internal process reviews
• Technology intervention.
• Efficiency Building through best practices in the market.
• Productivity Tracking
• Optimise Cost Contracts negotiationsResource RationalizationAutomation
