JOB PURPOSE
The creative supervisor is responsible to produce and oversee creative solutions to address the digital marketing needs of the clients and ensuring the digital design team promotes the brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Operations of Multiple Projects
make all design projects, from conception to delivery
Leading, guiding, and mentoring in-house Design team in conceptualizing, designing, and executing multiple projects
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Liaise with digital marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Client Relationship Management
Coordinating with Clients and doing client meetings to understand the requirements
Suggest clients on Newer ideas and path-breaking designs
Doing Market and Competition research and developing new innovative concepts for websites/ mobile apps
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver the designs as per the requirements and on time
Team Management
Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team and fit in the team
Conduct regular meetings and ensure seamless execution
Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on a regular basis
Technical Expertise
Strong Hold on Photoshop/ Corel Draw/ Adobe Illustrator/ AfterEffects
Strong Conceptualization and Visualization Skills
Strong Research skills
Strong Portfolio of Existing work
Interest in Latest Designs and Awareness of what’s happening in the industry is a must.
P.S. Digital Agency background/experience is mandatory.
