RoleandResponsibilities
• Approachpotential clients and offer advice to help them make informeddecisions
• Provide friendly and knowledgeablecustomer service to assist customers in finding the right piece ofjewelry
• Ensure confidentiality when handlingcustomer transactions
• Communicate with otherdepartments within the company to ensure orderaccuracy
• Maintain inventory records and processsales orders
• Clean and repair jewelry items toprepare them for sale
• Maintain a inventory ofdiamonds, precious stones, metals, and other materials used injewelry making
• Process credit card transactionsand payments for customers
• Explain insurancecoverage options to customers who purchase jewelry with valuablegemstones
• Prevent store thefts and report anyincidents to uppermanagement
CandidateQualifications
• 1 to 5years of experience in counter sales within the JewelryIndustry
• Any graduatequalification
• Ability to relocate to Kolhapur,Maharashtra or reliably commute to theworkplace
