1. Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
2. Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
3. Assist in Preparing internal cost audits.
4. Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
5. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
6. Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
7. Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
8. Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
9. Assist in Preparing Process Worksheets for Production and Quality Assurance
