Position Summary

The management information system (MIS) is to provide the innovative technology products more seamless, flexible, more dynamic on feature of products and services provided and specially try to help user feel convenient to use our products and services as High Tech Banking. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. We expect to better serve the microfinance operations, Core banking systems implementation, Data center implementation and the microfinance's customer needs.

Responsibilities

Ø Prepares reports and reviews on request change on quarterly basic.

Ø Maintains new branch in system.

Ø Maintains security user and role access system.

Ø Maintains new products with the specific requirements.

Ø Parameter or functional update for product requirement.

Ø Finds the issues, system test and solving in system and daily support branches users.

Ø Maintain system and periodic review on parameter/functions.

Ø Periodic review on user access function and analyze on data entry process by

system.

Ø Provides technical support and administration function of the database systems,

Ø including configuration, upgrading monitoring and supporting end users.

Ø Contributes to design, development and implementation of database standards &

Ø recommendation, and improves database application architecture, direction and

operating practices.

Ø Manages data Warehouse to support business operation

Ø Supports on report development team.

Ø Control, Monitoring on SQL Server performance, assist to evaluate and recommend server and database platform.

Ø Control and responsible creation DB and others environment related with database

management

Ø Controls and monitors daily, weekly and monthly data backup.

Ø Monthly database collection and management for users checking, and monthly database consolidation.

Ø Prepares project plan and project related technical and management reports.

Ø Manages project activities right from project initiation phase to project

implementation until successful system commissioning within the set timeline.

Ø Provides leadership in planning and joins the IT development project implementation

and training sessions for IT support,

Ø Manage contracts with the relevant vendors to ensure prompt deliveries of service

application.

Ø Provides consulting/training/education services such as Document management and

staff training/orientation for standard systems, IT Policies, procedure, Guideline etc.

Qualifications

Ø Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Ø Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Ø Minimum 3 year working experience in related field.

Ø Experience working with relational database systems such as Oracle, Oracle RMAN and PL/SQL and a good working knowledge of Report Builder Tools.

Ø Hands-on experience with end user applications (banking)

Ø Good IT and organizational skills and self-starter with strong self-management skills

Ø Good in English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing, understanding
