• A wizard with the ability to put anyone under a spell with words.
• 2-3 years of copywriting & conceptualizing experience.
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• A team player with the ability to lead when the moment calls for it.
• If you can deliver, we don't really care about your academic record, but a degree in communication/journalism/advertising wouldn't hurt.

• Creative problem-solving for every new project with fresh conception, positioning, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal team members to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into the content.
• Driving the process of creative communication for client’s marketing/advertising collaterals and internal communication.
• Ensuring that all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.
• Presenting initial concept ideas to the creative director, and being ready to defend or kill them at the same time
