Content Writer - Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer (English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing for both print and digital media, with a focus on creating engaging, compelling, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and tone.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Write and edit high-quality content for print and digital media, including brochures, billboards, posters and social media platforms.
2) Research and gather information to create accurate and informative content that aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
3) Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to develop creative campaigns and content that align with organisation goals.
4) Write compelling headlines and copy that effectively communicates our message and resonates with our target audience.
5) Use SEO best practices to ensure that our content is optimized for search engines and maximizes visibility.
6) Create and maintain a library of assets to use across all platforms
7) Edit, proofread, and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
8) Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust content strategy accordingly.
9) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content writing and editing for print and digital media.
10) Create subtitles for video content that are accurate and in sync with the video's dialogue or narration. The subtitles should be easy to read and understand, and should also be accessible for people who are hearing impaired or non-native speakers.
11) Creating written content for the organisation’s blog or website. This may include writing about industry-related topics, company news and updates.
12) Taking the key insights and information from the video content and turning them into written chapters for a book.
13) Creating written communication that is formal and professional. This may include text messages, letters, emails, or other documents that are official, such as communications with a customer, vendor or government agencies.
A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a Plus.
The person should have at least 1 year of experience in content writing and editing for print and digital media.
They should have excellent writing and editing skills, be able to work independently and in a team and have a strong understanding of SEO and social media. Knowledge of graphic design softwares is a plus.
