Content Operations Executive

Role: Content Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate between writers (inhouse and freelance) and editors to ensure deliveries are happening on time.
- Talk to clients and understand their feedback and pass it on to editors and writers. Make sure that editors are giving proper feedback to writers and writers are following it.
- Ensure that quality is maintained and the content matches the clients requirements. Flag off discrepancy between project brief and writer submission.
- Keep tabs of what is happening with all projects and making sure there are no grievances from client side.
- Understand the client requirement and get the projects rolling. This means finding writers, creating the team for every new project and assigning work.
- Raise invoices for the work done and vet the invoices of writers.
- Develop creative content marketing strategies and plan monthly content calendars to meet brand goals and engage customers.
What we are looking for in you
- You must have experience in content operations, project management, handling writers and editors, assigning work, preferably in an agency.
- EXCELLENT Communication Skills to handle projects, talk to clients if required, collaborate with writers and editors.
- Content writing knowledge.
- A cool mind and a lots of PATIENCE to handle operations.
- A high sense of Responsibility
