· Take brief from the technical team and convert the brief into informative and interesting content

· Provide copy editing partnership to the design team

· Proofread and edit content of the technical team

· Ensure that content meets the project’s needs, and follows USAID’s style guide

· Fact check and verify information and research

· Organize, modify, and update existing content

· Strategies and action to increase reader engagement and retention

· Contribute fresh ideas about how to improve technical outputs

· Respond to edit and communications-related issues in a timely manner
