Cloud Support Engineer - DWH



Our Cloud Support Engineers will typically have:

 Deploy and maintain ETL pipelines across multiple environments

 Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise

 Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

 Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our infrastructure

and development needs

 Drive team communication during critical events

 Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our technical support experience

 Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.

Who we prefer?

 Data Warehousing concepts (min 3 years)

 Building ETL pipelines (min 2 years)

 Advanced SQL queries (min 2 years)

 Ready to work in shifts

 Documentation Skills

 Good to have – AWS experience
