CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Scope of duties:
• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team, accounting rules and plans.
• Financial budgeting and planning.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external auditors,
regulators, and other stakeholders such as attorneys and external parties such as

customers or suppliers.
• Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns,
regulatory filings, and stock offerings.
• Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough
money available to cover upcoming expenses.
• Preparing reports on company performance including profit and loss statements,
balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine
accuracy and completeness of data.
• Results, KPI, costs, analysis vs. budget.
• Department management following company rules and accounting plans.

Requirements:
• High education in accounting field.
• Minimum 3 years of success experience in management accounting.
• Expertise in management accounting.
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
• Fluent English.
