Position Overview:
As a Chatbot Integrator and White Label Partner, you will be a vital part of our extended team, contributing your expertise in developing and integrating AI-powered chatbots. Your role involves understanding agency requirements, crafting conversational experiences, and seamlessly integrating chatbots across various platforms, aligning with the agency's branding and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with our agency partners to understand their clients' needs and formulate effective chatbot strategies.
- Design and implement conversational flows, incorporating AI capabilities and NLP to ensure engaging user interactions.
- Integrate chatbots into diverse platforms, including websites, social media, and messaging apps, maintaining the agency's branding guidelines.
- Continuously optimize and enhance chatbot performance based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative chatbot solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI chatbots.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing virtual agent solutions, especially in a white label capacity for marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with NLP frameworks and tools.
- Experience with chatbot development platforms and frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, or IBM Watson.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for user experience and design aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate remotely within a dynamic team environment.
