Trade Finance Responsibilities :
Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.
Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at Product / Commodity / Country level and company level as well.
Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the products of the company.
Provide Variance analysis report of actuals vs. estimated trade P&L.
P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).
Preparation and presentation of Division wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting.
Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan for Product / Commodity / Country to the management.
Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target and GLs.
Ensuring timely payments and collections against all Trade contracts.
Board Meeting, Audit committee meeting, Risk review meeting presentation.
Financial planning and analysis.
Accounting Responsibilities :
Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
Implement accounting systems and processes.
Reconcile income statements.
Prepare monthly financial reports
Control the master data of the general register.
Review and release online banking payments
Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
Manage the full financial process.
Prepare an expense budget report Cash Flow Forecast.
Prepare Year end accounts and manage the compliance with reporting bodies.
Academics – CA
Experience - Upto 5 to 9 years of experience post CA qualification
Skill set
Basic Accounting / Finance knowledge of Import Export industry documentation, MIS presentation, P&L Analysis, Cost analysis & Cost calculation, Budgetary & Variance analysis, Audit committee meetings, Risk Review, Financial Planning. Good Commskills
