Conduct Tax audit of Corporate Bodies, Partnership concerns & Proprietorship concerns. Preparation of Form 15CB and filing of Form 15CA with the tax authorities. Preparation and filling of TDS return Preparation of Service Tax computations and filing Service Tax returns. Accounting and payment under reverse charge mechanism. GST compliance, Registration. Statutory Audit Ledger Scrutiny Bank Reconciliation Prepares monthly account reconciliations Finalizations of Statement of Accounts of Company's Arranging and attending Financial audit and review as required Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
