Urgent Requirement for the Call Center Trainer for Bapunagar- Ahmedabad Location:
• Training to be conducted for the new hire batch
• Arrange OJT and track the performance
• Arrange refresher while required
• Present and create a module as per the requirement
• Performance drive in OJT batch
• Preparing procedures and policies regarding sales techniques and appropriate agent conduct.
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees.
• Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
• Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
Skills/ Experience Requirements:
• Having experience as a trainer
• Good Knowledge of PPT and excel
• Create training module as per requirements
• Full time job
• Male/ Female
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?21,000.00 per monthSchedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bapunagar Ahmedabad - 3823, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
