Profile : Outbound Executive No of Requirement: 25 (Ongoing for every month) Key Responsibility Areas: To make outgoing calls to people. To resolve the customers complaint. To inform them about new products and services. To listen to objections and handle them effectively. To generate more leads from the people out-called. To enter the details of every interaction in the system. Key Skills / Competencies: Basic computer knowledge, Minimum 12th Pass Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language Should be Interactive Good communication skills Must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM)
