Business Head - Consumer Business | FMCG (15-20 yrs)
Ideal candidate is an MBA with 15-20 years experience in combination of channel sales, business development, and sales development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
• Strategize, plan, and execute business plans across diverse domains.
• Responsible for P&L with Year on Year profit delivery.
• Ensures implementation of the strategy designed to grow the business
• Build a robust sales & distribution infrastructure for Consumer business.
• Build and manage brand architecture, positioning of brands basis consumer/ sales team insights.
• Oversee people management and new strategic initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities in market, make appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through market intelligence.
• Manage diverse businesses channels for the Consumer business.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal, be hands on and should be able to manage sales as a profit center
