• Dynamic & Goal driven Marketing professionals with proven track record of achieving targets and expanding the Corporate base.
• Professionals who are Passionate and Determined to build markets with creative and innovate strategies.
• We are seeking for an individual who will be responsible for conducting market research, promptly identifying business opportunities crafting sales plans, designing & implementing business opportunities.
• Diligent involvement in generating sales leads, making business calls and the operations internally will be an integral part of your role.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Graduate / Post-Graduate
• Experience: 8-10 years (in Insurance Industry)
• Extrovert with excellent relationship & networking skills.
• Strong background in conceptualizing and implementing business plan and responsible for the P & L at the location.
• Expert in end-to-end Sales Planning - Business Forecasting, Active Pipeline Management and Sales Closures, Client Engagement, Key Account Management & Up & Cross Sell.
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent communications skills - writing, oral, presentation – English & Local language
• Proficiency in MS-Office - MS-Excel, MS-Word & Power Point
