Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Business Development Managers to join our team (Female Candidates only) on a full time basis with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the generation of B2B and B2C leads for our digital marketing services
- Leverage technical knowledge in digital marketing to effectively articulate the value and benefits of our services to potential clients
- Consistently achieve monthly targets and goals set by the company
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional client experience
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Conduct negotiations, close deals, and ensure mutual satisfaction with clients
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience in business development or sales
- Demonstrated success in generating B2B and B2C leads
- Strong technical knowledge in digital marketing services, enabling effective client communication
- Proven ability to consistently achieve monthly targets and goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not required but advantageous)
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 30,000 per month for this position.
