1. Team Management
2. Achieve Target through team before deadline.
3. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
4. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
5. Research and identify new market opportunities.
6. Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
7. Contact to Clients
8. Set up meeting with potential client and listen to their requirements and concern.
9. Track progress of conversion and follows up to meet conversions

2. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
5. Persuasive and goal-oriented.
6. Possesses an energetic outgoing, and friendly demeanor
