Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct online research to identify potential clients and projects on various platforms like freelancing websites and marketplaces.
2. Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations to secure online projects.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
5. Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
6. Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. Maintain detailed records of bids, projects, and client interactions in CRM software.
9. Report on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in online bidding and inside sales, preferably in the IT or services industry.
2. Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred
