Business Development Executive

ROLE : FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (WEST MUMBAI)
Primary responsibility - grow business profits from 3 sources :
• Grocers, salad bars, cloud kitchens, farmer markets, HORECA customers etc (all mostly located in west Mumbai)
• Online grocers
• Existing stores across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
Qualification
• Graduate, min 1 year experience in fresh grocery sales
• Based in West Mumbai, works from home
• Owns two-wheeler, is ready to do field sales
• Owns a laptop, skilled in MS Office esp Excel and Powerpoint
• Understands grocery market of Mumbai
• Understands profitability calculation
• Can start immediately
Character
• Self-confident, can communicate and inspire confidence in clients
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Independent, can work with minimal supervision
• Commitment oriented (you must deliver on what you promise and on time)
• Organized (we use Google Keep to track daily tasks)
• Punctual (we use Google Calendar to manage schedules)
• Diligent - no spelling/grammar mistakes in communication with clients
• Dresses appropriately
Hiring Process - immediate

• Probation (incl training) 2 months
