• The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analysing past, current, and future business trends.- This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.- They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups. • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.- Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team- Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization- Making MIS dashboard and timely reporting Qualifications :- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.- Proficient with SAP , Microsoft Excel etc.
