Business Analyst

The Role Responsibilities

Strategy
• To function as the domain expert in the Banking Products - Core banking, Lending or Credit Cards
• To be part of a fitment study to replace existing legacy platform
• Identify gaps, understand the functionality and provide a solution
• To prepare functional specifications or User Stories for capabilities identified based on business analysis and user requirements
• Prepare Definition of Done (DOD) and Acceptance Criteria for a User Story
• Act as a scrum team member and participate in applicable scrum ceremonies
• To contribute to product management by suggesting functional improvements in the application.

Business
• Support for conducting fitment workshops, making product presentations to countries and to work with country businesses in identifying capability requirements
• Managing the codes and parameter setup for all country implementations in line with the business requirements
• Prepare User Stories, Release Notes and Walkthrough of the same
• Supporting the testing phase – System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
