BPO Assistant Manager

A smart recruitment professional who can lead from the front by owing some key positions as an IC and lead the team to success by adhering to all the key matrix of the recruitment life cycle
Key Expectations:
• Overall, 7 to 10 years of Recruitment Experience in BPO and Tech Support Hiring (Voice & Volume hiring primarily).
• Strong experience in hiring for Banking & Capital Markets projects
• Experience in handling Ops stakeholders
• Hands on experience in sourcing
• Management of volume and lateral hiring as well and full-life cycle recruitment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients
• Strong market intelligence (Local and India)
• Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
• Maintain hiring with in grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs
• Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers
• Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillments
• Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
• Willingness to learn and scale up
• Good on MIS & presenting data
• Good people management skills
• Flexible to Travel and manage short term assignment and stretch on weekdays and weekends
