Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
2. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
3. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
4. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
5. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
6. Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
7. Good computer skills (MS Office, Mail Drafting).
8.Proficiency in English.
9. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Follow up with clients And Enquires.
