We need a passionate HR/Human Resources & Accounting Associate to join our small team of professionals.
Our ideal candidate for this role is one with a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience, near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, who is sensitive to climate change, a good communicator and a team player.
Experience with charity/NPO NGO HR and or accounting would be beneficial.
What will you be doing?
· Onboarding/offboarding of new team members
Offers, Agreement and Exist Letters
· Performance Management focal point
Policy development and implementation
· Internal Training and Development focal point
To develop "cross-functional" energize team
· Helping the foundation's accounts for up-to-date entries
· Banking formalities
· Create ad-hoc reports
