Assistant Shop Manager

The individual is expected to manage the daily operations of our Brijwasi Sweets store.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for the smooth functioning of the storeAssist walk in customers with their purchases & Up sell productsEnsuring customer satisfaction & a good shopping experienceManaging counter sales team, motivating them and training them to perform betterEnsure good display & regular replenishment of goodsConduct marketing as well as sales promotional activities for the business development of the storeInventory management and stock controlManage Store Accounts (Daily & Monthly, Reports)

Required Experience and Qualifications

Responsible for manpower training and developmentGood time management and planning skillsGood communication and written skillsShould be able to analyse data and measure store performanceShould be confident, quick and efficient in making decisionsKnowledge and understanding of accountsGood communication and written skillsPrior experience in Food / Hospitality preferredPrior experience in Retail Shop / Customer Handling requiredResidence in Mumbai (only hiring candidates who live in Mumbai)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
